Job summary

VIVA HEALTH in Auburn, AL is seeking a Supervisor, RN, Case Management to lead a team of ACHN staff and ensure quality case management services. The role includes supervising daily operations and caseload reviews, with travel to provider offices to strengthen partnerships.

The candidate must have a nursing degree and an active Alabama RN license, plus the ability to manage staff effectively and meet department goals.

Qualifications

• A degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Three years of medical or behavioral health case management experience.
• Current RN license in good standing in Alabama.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of ACHN staff and provide operational oversight.
• Set clear objectives and goals for the department and monitor progress.
• Perform caseload reviews and conduct supervisory visits as needed.
• Travel to provider offices to build partnerships and support staff with resources.
