Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing, ADN/BSN.
• Three years in clinical nursing.
• Current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing (Alabama).
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Face-to-face member contact with duties away from principal place of business.
• Willing to submit to vaccine testing and screening.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management in adults.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in various settings.
• Excellent customer service via written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork outside of the office to evaluate members' needs.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to manage health issues.
• Travel within the VIVA HEALTH service area with insured transportation.
