Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in creating an optimistic culture focused on patient advocacy and prudent resource utilization.
• Oversees operational management, hiring, training, supervising, counseling, mentoring, evaluating staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manages department budgeting, variance analysis and resource management.
• Sets measurable departmental goals with accountability and time frames.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting bodies.
