The role includes field days and office days with regular local travel to supervise and support care delivery. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring documentation aligns with agency standards.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a caseload of clients with an interdisciplinary team.
• Lead orientation, training, and competency verification for new hires.
• Provide in-field supervision and guidance to clinicians and staff.
• Document care plans and supervise adherence to agency standards.
• Coordinate care and referrals with external providers and patients/ families.
