Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pediatric clients and coordinate with external providers.
• Conduct assessments and supervisory visits, documenting care plans per agency standards.
• Lead orientation, onboarding, and competency verification for new hires.
• Act as liaison among staff, families, and healthcare providers for seamless communication.
• Provide field supervision and real-time guidance to clinicians.
• Participate in quality assurance and staff development initiatives.
• Support on-call operations with timely follow-up and documentation.
