Mercy is offering an RN Career Path Program designed to launch new and experienced RNs into clinical excellence within our Med/Surg services. The program provides structured onboarding, ongoing clinical development, and mentorship to help you transition into a specialty unit with confidence and a clear timeline.

Step 1 starts in Med/Surg for 12–18 months, then transitions to a specialty unit based on readiness and openings.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license (or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
