Mercy is offering a structured nursing pathway to start in Med/Surg and transition into specialty units across Mercy facilities. The program features onboarding, mentorship, and a clear career pathway to advanced practice.

Nurses receive sign-on incentives and comprehensive benefits from day one. Participants will rotate through units such as Observational Telemetry, General Med/Surg, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Trauma Surgical, and then move into critical care and ED specialties as openings and

Formación

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• License: Active RN license in MO (or compact).
• Certifications: Current BLS (AHA).

Responsabilidades

• Step 1: Start in Med/Surg (12–18 months) with onboarding and mentorship.
• Step 2: Transition to a specialty unit based on readiness and openings (e.g., PICU, ICU, ED).
• Contribute to a clear pathway into specialty practice and ongoing clinical development.
