Mercy is offering an RN Career Path Program designed to launch your nursing career in Med/Surg and guide you into a specialty unit with mentorship and a clear timeline. Start in Med/Surg for 12–18 months, then transition to areas like PICU, ICU, ED, or CVICU based on readiness and openings.

The program includes structured onboarding, ongoing clinical development, and education support, with benefits beginning on day one for eligible hires.

Formación

• Active RN license in Missouri (or compact, if applicable).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Complete onboarding in Med/Surg within 12–18 months.
• Transition to a specialty unit based on readiness and openings.
• Receive mentorship and unit support to build confidence.
