The program starts in Med/Surg for 12–18 months, with a pathway to Pediatrics, ICU, ED and other units based on readiness and openings. Mercy provides on-going education support and competitive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in Missouri (or compact).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities
