Job summary
Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to educate patients, caregivers, and staff about home infusion services and to assess suitability for the OCH care model.
You will coordinate with the sales team to support patient transitions and ensure compliance with privacy laws. The role requires travel to care facilities, hospitals, and home sites, with a focus on effective education, documentation, and collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely service initiation
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience.
- Ability to travel locally (100% travel to care sites).
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff about OCH services for home or alternate sites.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine eligibility for the OCH care model.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify educational needs and improve patient transitions.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of patient information.
