Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services across the care team. You will promote quality care through collaboration, evaluating services to meet patient needs, and ensuring compliance with laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state, a nursing degree (ADN/BSN), CPR certification, and at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric settings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in the applicable state; CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact, which allows patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of patient care rendered.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
