Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high-quality care during the tour of duty. You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs and other staff, coordinate resident care, and respond to changes in condition.

The role requires a BSN, RN license, and prior supervisory experience in long-term care; PCC/EHR experience is preferred. Strong communication with physicians and families is essential to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care.
• Manage and administer IVs.
• Make rounds and provide reports.
• Oversee development and implementation of care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with physicians, residents and families regarding care and changes in condition.
• Coordinate and respond to medical emergencies.
• Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
