Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities during the assigned shift. You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment nurses, coordinate resident care, and respond to emergencies with prompt reporting.

The role requires a BSN, California RN license, and 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience. EHR experience (PCC) is preferred; continuing education and licensure must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• 2+ years in a long-term care facility and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge/experience with PCC EHR preferred.
• Must maintain continuing education/licensing and stay in good standing with the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and staff on duty.
• Coordinate resident care and supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment nurses.
• Review care plans, rounds, and physician orders; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and surveys.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and resident families regarding care.
