Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency per policy for direct patient care.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in a US state or territory.
• Foreign-educated nurses require degree equivalency validation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct team members to achieve patient care goals.
• Provide care using nursing process and evidence-based practice in a Primary Care setting.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and resource delivery to satisfy patient needs.
