Job summary

Qualifications
- English proficiency required for direct patient care.
- RN must be graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted state license as a nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to residents in the facility.
- Lead nursing education and orientation efforts for staff.
- Participate in quality improvement and outcomes utilization initiatives.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Coordinate care focusing on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction.
- Administer medications and procedures per policy.
