UCHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the PVH Cancer Ctr Rockies at Harmony Campus in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time, on-site role supports an interprofessional team and focuses on the care continuum across acute, ambulatory, and specialty services.

You will collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to plan, implement, and evaluate care, applying evidence-based practices and ensuring quality, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); CCM preferred.
• 2 years of nursing experience; acute care and case management experience preferred.
