Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Manager RN Case Management to lead the Case Management Department, overseeing care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, social work services, and pre-admission case management. You will supervise staff, partner with physicians and the health care team, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and financial integrity.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business/social work/nursing/healthcare related field from accredited school.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
6 years of experience in Case Management.
2 years of Supervisory/management experience, preferably in Case Management.
Previous nursing experience within a variety of complex client care areas.
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Experience in providing adult education to multi-disciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Case Management Department and supervise staff.
Coordinate care, discharge planning, and utilization management.
Serve as liaison among patients, families, staff, physicians and community partners.
Establish and monitor clinical standards to ensure quality and financial integrity.
Lead problem-solving and staff education initiatives.
