Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Manager RN Case Management to lead the Case Management Department, coordinating care, discharge planning, utilization review, social work services, and pre-admission activities. This role partners with patients, families, physicians and community agencies to ensure seamless, person-centered care and adherence to clinical standards.

The position requires a master's degree, WA RN license, and substantial CM leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business/social work/nursing/healthcare related field.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• 6 years of experience in Case Management.
• 2 years of Supervisory/management experience, preferably in Case Management.
• Previous nursing experience within a variety of complex client care areas.
• Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Experience in providing adult education to multi-disciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and organization of the Case Management Department and staff.
• Coordinate care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management and social work services.
• Act as liaison between patients, families, department staff, physicians and community agencies.
• Establish, implement and monitor best practice and clinical standards to ensure quality care and financial integrity.
