Job summary

Genesis seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to ensure positive outcomes.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth. Eligible candidates will have an ADN or BSN, active RN license, BLS/CPR, and geriatric/post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active and unencumbered by State Board of Nursing.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC EHR.
• Ensure safe discharge planning and patient-family communication.
