Thrivemore is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed practical nurses and CNAs, responding to emergencies, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Program, required.
• Actively registered with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state), and in good standing, required.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents per physician orders and facility policies.
• Assess, monitor, and document physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments, document in health records.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Perform resident assessments and participate in care conferences.
• Support residents with mobility and activities of daily living.
