Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by hire date.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program participant.
• Strong teamwork, accountability for patient outcomes, and commitment to education.

Responsibilities

• Care for a specific patient population as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Expand knowledge and skills while delivering direct patient care.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers via delegation and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing staff, physicians and support services.
