Qualifications

• Six months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver for a specific patient population and coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct care to a variety of complex patients and delegate, validate, and evaluate tasks to other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
