The RN will participate in orientation and ongoing training, ensure documentation integrity, and collaborate with therapy and ancillary teams to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for residents.
• Supervise LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Document and implement physicians' orders promptly.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care across therapy and other departments.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff training.
