Job summary

Morgan Park Nursing and Rehab in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing care within the scope of practice and in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, and facility policies.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Internal Medicine physicians, Wound Surgeon, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and supportive nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
• Follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incident/accidents (patients & employees)
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
• Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
