Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and initiate interventions.
• Act as the primary liaison between physicians and families.
• Manage complex medications and IV therapies.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH standards and federal CMS guidelines.
