Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The role supports the Director of Nursing, supervises nursing staff, and oversees daily activities across 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts, ensuring care meets professional standards.

Candidates should have a BSN preferred, an active RN license in Florida, IV and CPR/BLS certifications, and experience in geriatrics or subacute care. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily nursing care delivery and evaluate staff performance per policies.
• Plan and conduct regular shift meetings to identify concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written/verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
