Responsibilities

• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Administers medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs on the unit.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are safe and well maintained.
