Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing practice, patient safety, and ongoing education to support complex patient populations.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with physicians and support services to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Minimum NJ RN license and BLS are required with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing or diploma in Nursing.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within three years of hire.
• Active NJ RN license and BLS within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and report changes to the care team.
• Develop and coordinate a plan of care that is patient/family centered.
• Communicate with the health care team and patient/family to ensure care is implemented.
• Maintain documentation and comply with accreditation and standards.
