Responsibilities include medication administration, diagnostic support, and documentation using SOAP notes. Licensure in the state and CPR certification are required; clinic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow clinical policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, and supervisory personnel.
