Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will work under Charge Nurse supervision to educate patients and support competencies, with strong communication and critical thinking needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individualized treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure policy compliance.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
