You will supervise caregivers, RNs, LPNs and med techs, oversee schedules, participate in quality initiatives, and partner with families to support resident rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum 3 years of geriatric care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Caregivers, RNs, LPNs and Med Techs in AL and MS.
• Manage clinical and technical aspects of care per policies and standards.
• Develop service plans based on resident needs and requests for ADLs.
