Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to obtain within three years.
• Current, valid RN license to practice at the assigned location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency program participation.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and patient-focused care are essential.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
