Cb is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients, observing and communicating in the patient’s best interest, and applying current nursing practices to solve problems with a compassionate approach.

As an RN, you will coordinate care with colleagues, administer medications, document changes, and maintain accurate records while reporting to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Previous RN experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes
