Job summary

World Of Love Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to create and manage individualized care plans for patients. You will observe, communicate, and apply current nursing practices with attention to detail and compassion to serve patients’ best interests.

The ideal candidate solves problems with clinical judgment and empathy. Responsibilities include coordinating with care teams, administering medications, observing patient responses, documenting changes, and maintaining thorough records

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• First aid/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
