Job summary

Qualifications

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License is required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participant.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and high-quality patient care.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation and evaluation.
