Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license.
• Current BCLS through American Heart Association.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical area related to assigned department.
• CRT experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills according to standards.
• Provide team leadership to enhance station or unit flow and functioning.
