Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator to deliver direct nursing care, uphold safety, and guide station workflow in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BCLS, 2+ years in a related clinical area, and experience in leading a team; preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, ACLS, ambulatory care exposure, and Windows-based computer skills. Salary is hourly with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license
• Current BCLS through American Heart Association
• 2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned department
• Experience leading a team
• Demonstrated ability to use equipment and related supplies for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy. CRT experience.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards.
