Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ADN nursing degree.
• GA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience.
• BLS certification mandatory on hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage barriers to timely discharge.
• Facilitate patient and family education.
