Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse who collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The nurse coordinates care, executes the nursing process, and ensures alignment with medical treatment plans.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with emphasis on culturally competent care and ongoing professional development. Licensure in NJ and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process and document findings.
• Plan and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to align with medical treatment plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and orders as part of the plan of care; ensure proper documentation.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and determine any required reassessment or revisions to goals and plans.
