Job summary

The position requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years of nursing experience, with geriatric care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in good standing.
• Two years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of patient care rendered.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
