Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred; CPR certification on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact within Life Care standards.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; adhere to company policies and compliance training.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team and ensure patient safety.
