• Attends daily rounds and discharge planning; documents in hospital EMR.
• Provides patient and family education during pre/intra/post-operative and discharge phases.
• Provides on-call coverage for pre/post VAD and cross-calls for transplant patients as needed.
• Ensures regulatory database entries are accurate and timely; adheres to policies and budgets.
