Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Telemetry 4 East unit in Nashua for a per diem role. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent and adult patients with cardiac conditions, performing telemetry monitoring and post-procedure care.

The ideal candidate holds an NH RN license, ADN/BSN, and at least 2 years of recent telemetry experience, with competency in BLS and rhythm interpretation.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH (active).
• Minimum 2 years of recent cardiac telemetry experience.
• Competencies achieved within specified timeframes (BLS, IV therapy, rhythm interpretation, meds/infusions, ACS).

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care for adolescent and adult patients.
• Integrate best practice and evidence into patient care while engaging patients/families.
• Function competently within scope of practice and effective team communication.
