Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health's 4 East unit seeks a Registered Nurse focused on Med/Surg Telemetry to deliver compassionate care to adolescent and adult patients with cardiac diagnoses. You will contribute to telemetry monitoring, acute care, and post-procedural recovery within a dedicated Patient Care Services team in Nashua.

Qualifications include ADN or BSN, NH RN license, and a minimum of 2 years in a cardiac telemetry setting.

Qualifications

• RN with current NH license or eligible for licensure
• ADN or BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry/Medical Surgical experience
• Competency-based orientation to familiarize with 4 East population and telemetry monitoring

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care for adolescent and adult patients.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into care.
• Engage patients and families in the care delivery.
• Function within scope of practice; communicate effectively with team.
