Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 East Cardiac Telemetry unit in Nashua, NH. This per diem role requires a NH RN license, a background in cardiac telemetry, and a recent2-year telemetry experience.

The RN will participate in an orientation program, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs. Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling in a Magnet-designated system, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry, respond to alarms, and administer medications per policy.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning.
