Job summary

SolutionHealth's 4 East unit in Nashua seeks a Registered Nurse with cardiac telemetry expertise to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adolescent and adult patients with cardiac conditions. Per diem shifts offer flexibility and opportunities to contribute to a Magnet-designated system.

The RN must hold NH RN licensure, ADN/BSN, and have 2+ years in a cardiac telemetry setting, with competency-based orientation to the unit and telemetry monitoring.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Hampshire required.
• Cardiac telemetry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adolescent and adult cardiac patients.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to arrhythmias per protocol.
• Collaborate with care teams to meet patient goals.
• Engage patients and families in care planning.
