Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Telemetry unit (4 East) at the Nashua location. The RN will provide comprehensive care to adolescent and adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and telemetry monitoring needs, in a 31-bed unit within a magnet-designated hospital.

The role requires ADN/BSN, NH RN licensure, and at least 2 years in a cardiac telemetry setting. Schedule is full-time, days, 7a–7p, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac telemetry unit.
• Current NH RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care for adolescent and adult patients on telemetry.
• Integrate patient values and best practice into care.
• Engage patients and/or families in care delivery and education.
• Function within scope of practice and communicate effectively with the team.
• Maintain competency through orientation and ongoing training.
