Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking an Registered Nurse to plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for patients at Bradley Medical Center, part of our regional system. The role emphasizes professional ethics, confidentiality, and adherence to safety practices while coordinating patient care plans.

You will ensure age-appropriate care, communicate clearly with patients and families, and participate in performance improvement activities as part of a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Tennessee or Compact State RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; ACLS within 30 days if not certified on hire.
• Two years of hospital or medical environment experience preferred.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for planning, supervision and evaluation the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies. General Responsibilities: Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning the personal, financial, medical, or employment status or patients of Bradley Medical Center and their families. Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital. Participate in Performance improvement activities. Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age specific patient care. Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner. Develops, implements, and updates plan of care. Educates and adhere to patient bill of rights. Job Description Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred. Experience: Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred. Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
