Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, supervise and evaluate nursing care for patients at Bradley Medical Center. You will integrate the nursing process with the medical plan of care and hospital policies. Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with state licensure.

• Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner.
• Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.
• Educates and adhere to patient bill of rights.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for planning, supervision and evaluation the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.

• Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital.

• Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.

Education

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred.

Experience

Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred.

Licenses & Certificates

• Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
