Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient‑centered care team. You will plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care, coordinating with the medical plan of care and facility policies.

Qualified candidates hold a TN license (orCompact) and current BLS and ACLS certifications; hospital experience preferred. Diploma or higher education in nursing is expected, with a commitment to professional ethics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.
• Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning the personal, financial, medical, or employment status or patients of Bradley Medical Center and their families.
• Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital.
• Participate in Performance improvement activities.
• Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age specific patient care.
• Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner.
• Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.
• Educates and adhere to patient bill of rights.

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for planning, supervision and evaluation the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.

Experience

• Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates

• Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
